RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. INSURANCE:Renter is required to supply commercial general liability insurance written on an occurrence basis for bodily injury and property damage with the coverage limit of not less than $1,000,000. combined single limit per occurrence in the aggregate, insuring against any and all liability of Renter, a Certificate of Insurance to Studio 3 Photography, Dave & Patty Recca, Freebird Family Trust) as additional Insured with a waiver of subrogation 24 hours prior to rental or your booking will be cancelled. 

2. BOOKINGS: Rental fees must be paid in full at time of booking See item #5 for cancellation policy. The booking party accepts all responsibility for the conduct and welfare of all persona accompanying the renter and may not be subleased. Pets and vehicle access must be approved in advance.

3. RENTAL PERIOD: Rental is based on a 12-hour day. The time you booked begins at the time you reserved, including set up and break down/pack up and ends when the last car has left the parking lot. Overtime is charged at $75 HR

4. RENTAL RATES: Rates and services itemized per individual rental – see Rental Invoice 

5. CANCELLATION: A 72 hour notice is required for a full refund, there will be NO REFUND with less than 48 hours notice. 

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The premises are to be use for photography, videography, classes or workshops, it is a smoke-free and drug-free facility. NO SMOKING AT ANY TIME WHILE ON THE PROPERTY. No illegal drugs or alcohol are permitted on the property. No one will be admitted who appears to be under the influence of and substance. They will be asked to vacate the studio property and forfeit any remain payments received. Due to cleaning difficulties, glitter, confetti or smoke machines or not permitted. 

7. CLEANING:The studio must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Trash should be in trash cans. All equipment, and the space will be checked up your departure and a cleaning fee of $50hr will be charged to return studio to original condition. Renter agrees to pay for any repair cost of equipment, studio damages or cleaning fee using a major credit card at check-in. 

8. INDEMNIFICATION:By renting studio space at S3 Photography, Inc dba Studio 3 Photography, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree that rental allows access to the physical space during the timeframe specified on your reservation- invoice/ order. 

9. S3 Photography, Inc. dba Studio 3 Photography, Dave & Patty Recca, Freebird Family Trust are herby waived and held harmless from any incidents or accidents associated with the renting of the studio facilities.  

10. S3 Photography, Inc dba Studio 3 Photography, Dave & Patty Recca, Freebird Family Trust is not responsible or liable for act that are out of its control, such as power outages, weather etc. 

11. We reserve to right to refuse service to anyone.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By renting studio space at S3 Photography, Inc dba Studio 3 Photography, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree that rental allows access to the physical space during the timeframe specified on your reservation- invoice/ order confirmation only and all rental fees must be paid in full at time of booking.
